Energy Bills Support Scheme now available to Park Home Residents

On Monday 27th February 2023, Government launched its online service to apply for the £400 discount on energy bills via the Energy Bills Support Scheme – Alternative Fund (EBSS-AF). Eligible homes include ‘if your main home is a residential park home’ and if energy bills are paid to the park owner.

Homeowners and tenants on a residential park need to apply for the support and provide the following information:

  • an email address and phone number (if they have one)
  • bank account details (a UK current account in their name)
  • if not registered for Council Tax, proof of address (such as a bank statement, Written Statement or tenancy agreement) will be required.

HOW TO APPLY

The online application form is available here. There is a helpline number tel: 0808 175 3287 if homeowners or tenants are not able to apply online (available Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm).

Lodge 11 sitting pretty!

Last month saw the completion of the groundwork around lodge 11 – curved brick steps, paved pathways & terrace and elegant iron railings. With the addition of some bedding plants which bloomed quickly in the good weather, the finished exterior is looking fine!

Spring has sprung with further improvements at Riverside…

The warmer weather has already brought changes to Riverside; the grass is growing again, the daffodils in full bloom and the swans are gliding on the river. We’ve been busy finishing block paved driveways, balcony railings, post & rail fencing and preparing plot 7 for the arrival of a new Woodland Oak lodge in June. Everything is looking good, it’s a great time of year to visit and see what the park has to offer.

Latest lodge arrives at Riverside
