New lodge at number 7…

Last week saw the arrival of our latest Tingdene lodge – a 40′ x 20′ Woodland Oak model with upgraded kitchen and en-suite. AVAILABLE FOR SALE.

Now in place at plot number 7, the lodge is undergoing finishing touches to the interior to join the two halves of the home. Gas and water connections are in place and work is well underway on the brick skirting, front steps and raised patio area. A block paved driveway will follow and the steps and patio will be finished off with a set of handmade, decorative  metal railings. The garden will be the final focus, grassed with a paved footpath and a metal storage shed to the rear or the lodge.

Number 7 completes the row of timber lodges on the eastern side of the Park (8 lodges in total) and at this time of year especially with the gardens in full bloom, swans on the river and late sunset over the castle, the attraction of the location is evident. Photos of the interior will be posted here over the next few weeks.

Tingdene’s Spring open day 23rd April 2016

  
Two New Show Homes are being launched at Tingdene’s Visitor Centre, just in time for Tingdene’s Spring Open Day on Saturday 23rd April, 10am to 4pm.

Tingdene’s Open Day is a dedicated event to allow customers to explore their interest in buying a residential park home or investing in a holiday lodge. Two totally separate lifestyles, however the event will leave you with plenty of “food for thought” on both options. 

In readiness for this Spring event, Tingdene are bringing Two New Show Homes into the Visitor Centre. Firstly a holiday lodge, The Country Lodge, 40′ x 20′, with stunning interior design that will leave you dreaming of long weekends away in your very own holiday retreat. 

The Country Lodge features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a stunning lounge / diner / kitchen. This home will be available to view from the beginning of April. 

The second home is the New Addington, 2017 model, 46′ x 20, park home. The Addington has been so popular in the Visitor Centre, that we don’t want to replace it with anything other than a Newer Addington. 

The Addington has received a face lift with a new interior package for 2017. This superb new model will be available to view in time for Tingdene’s Open Day.

Who is Platinum Seal?

Platinum Seal has been providing specialist insured protection for Residential Park Homes since 2005, covering over £40million worth of Park and Leisure Homes manufactured. The Platinum Seal scheme is underwritten by Assist Insurance Company Ltd.

Why do I need a warranty?

Firstly, to ensure your home is protected against structural defects which can be expensive to repair. Without this cover it is likely that your manufacturer is only responsible for defects occurring during the first 12 months of you owning the home. Secondly, if you decide to sell your home before your warranty expires, a Platinum Seal Warranty will make your property far more attractive to buyers.

Successful open weekend at Riverside Park

Well, the rain held off for our first open weekend despite the dreary forecast, the unexpected sunshine giving visitors a true feel for the beauty of the area and the wonderful views offered by the location.

Thank you to everyone who came to see us and toured the new lodge – we enjoyed meeting you and helping with your enquiries. It was a great turnout and highlighted the spacious layout of our show home which comfortably accommodated a number of visitors.

A representative from Tingdene will be on site all weekend for any queries relating to the design and manufacture of the lodges. Meet the Park owners who will be able to answer any questions you might have about the Park itself and the plots available for new homes.
